Shanghai Disney Resort, located in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, is the first Disney park in mainland China and features the world's tallest Enchanted Storybook Castle. The best time to visit is during spring and autumn (April-May and September-November) on weekdays (Tuesdays and Wednesdays), avoiding the summer travel rush (July-August) and Chinese public holidays (such as May Day, National Day, and Spring Festival). It is recommended to arrive 30 minutes before opening (usually at 8:30 AM) and download the official "Shanghai Disney Resort" app in advance to check the map and real-time queue times. Upon entering the park, it is suggested to immediately visit popular attractions such as "Zootopia: Heat Chase" or "TRON Lightcycle Power Run".

Take Metro Line 11 to the final stop, "Disney Station." Exit from Exit 1 or 4, and walk approximately 5 to 10 minutes to reach the main entrance of the park. This is the most convenient and economical option, requiring no transfers. Taxis can be taken from the West Bus Terminal, and the entrance is about a 10-minute walk away. For ride-hailing services, it's recommended to select the area near "Disney Metro Station Exit 3." A shuttle bus operates within the resort between the park and the two official hotels, running approximately every 10 to 15 minutes. A taxi ride from Pudong Airport takes about 30 to 50 minutes; the airport express line from Hongqiao Transportation Hub provides direct access. Itinerary (Early Bird Pass Version): 07:30 Enter the park early with your Early Bird Pass and head straight to Adventure Isle to experience "Soaring Over the Horizon," followed by "Roaring Rapids." 09:00 After the park officially opens, proceed counter-clockwise to Fantasyland and experience "Seven Dwarfs Mine Train" and "The Adventures of Winnie the Pooh." In the afternoon, enjoy "Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure" in Treasure Cove and "TRON Lightcycle Power Run" in Tomorrowland. Around noon, watch the "Mickey's Storybook Express" parade, and in the evening, watch the "Fantasy Westward Journey" show.

The park's pedestrian walkways are wide and flat, with the height difference between indoor and outdoor surfaces strictly controlled within 6 millimeters to ensure unimpeded access for wheelchairs and strollers. All restrooms have accessible toilets and family-style individual restrooms. Wheelchair rental service is located behind the main entrance gate, costing RMB 90 per wheelchair per day. Almost all restaurants, shops, and main entrances to attractions are open to wheelchair users. Restaurants, snack kiosks, and themed shops are located in various themed areas, and the Disney World Shop, accessible without a ticket, is also located within Disney Town. Luggage storage service is located in Disney Town, with fees of RMB 15 per day for backpacks and RMB 30 per day for suitcases.
