Hangzhou Songcheng

Hangzhou Song Dynasty Town is a large-scale theme park based on the famous painting "Along the River During the Qingming Festival," offering an immersive experience of Song Dynasty urban life. A visit of 4 to 6 hours is recommended, allowing ample time to stroll through the antique-style streets, watch street performances, and experience interactive attractions like the "Strange Street." The best time to visit is May or October, when the weather is pleasant. You can also rent Hanfu (traditional Han clothing) for photos and truly experience a journey through time.

Hangzhou Songcheng is located at No. 148 Zhijiang Road, Xihu District. You can take bus routes 39, 121, or 1314 to Songcheng Station; or take Metro Line 4 to "Shuichengqiao Station" or Line 6 to "Zhijiang Cultural Center Station" and then transfer to bus routes 308, 39, or 1411. If driving, navigate to "Songcheng Scenic Area Parking Lot"; parking fees are approximately 30 yuan per visit. A taxi from the city center will cost approximately 30-50 yuan. After entering the scenic area, it is recommended to pick up a guide map first. The main attraction is watching the "Romance of the Song Dynasty" performance (showtimes need to be confirmed in advance). In the evening, you can enjoy the night view and light show.

The ancient-style streets and streets within Hangzhou Songcheng feature interactive performances such as "Throwing the Embroidered Ball." The main venues and performance halls are equipped with accessible elevators, and restrooms are widely distributed and clearly marked. Numerous souvenir shops within the park sell Hanfu (traditional Han clothing), round fans, and Southern Song Dynasty-themed cultural and creative products, allowing visitors to selectively purchase what they need.
